All Town and County tax bills are to be paid through Chemung Canal Trust Co, either by mail or at the bank.

Animal Control

Animal Control is now the Elmira Animal Shelter at 607-737-5767 (or 607-735-8600 for emergencies only).

Beaver Valley Water District

Call 739-5598 ext5 or 739-5598 ext6 to report problems, water issues, and emergencies.

The Beaver Valley Water District has received a USDA loan in the amount of $402,000. This loan is for 38 years at 1.875% and will be paid back through attaching a lien on the County/Property Tax to the Beaver Valley Water District residence. We are going to start the water tank in April.
